A. Yes. We are VAT registered company and our VAT Registration #289

Q. DO YOU CHARGE VAT OR DO YOU PROVIDE A VAT INVOICE ON TOP OF PRICES?
A. No. We do not charge VAT to passengers so we do not provide VAT
Invoices.
Q. IS YOUR SERVICE AVAILABLE DAY AND NIGHT?
A. Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
Q. ARE YOUR PRICES FIXED?
A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, if
there are any additional drop-offs, pickups or diversions there will
be additional charges.
Q. WILL I INCUR ANY EXTRA CHARGES IF MY PLANE IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE?
A. No, as we will track your flight landing time we will be aware of
any delays or cancellations and we will dispatch our driver according
to the new landing time.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOK ONLINE?
A. We will review your request and send you an email confirming the
booking with a Job number.If you are an account holder, you will have
an option of the accepted journey and you can track the job by
checking in your account.
Q. WE HAVE CHILDREN TRAVELLING WITH US; CAN YOU PROVIDE CHILD/INFANT SEATS?
A. Yes We can provide up to 2 Infant, Child, and Booster Seat in any
MPV vehicle. Please specify your child’s age at the time of booking
and enjoy the comfortable journey.(It is Legally Allowed for any age
of Child to travel without any Child seat in Private Hire and Taxis in
the United Kingdom on Rear Seat)
Q. CAN I SMOKE IN THE CAR?
A. No. We operate a strict no-smoking policy in all our vehicles.
Q. HOW DO I FIND MY DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?
A. Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name Board at
the mentioned Meeting point. You will receive a confirmation email
after booking any journey with Us and Meeting Point will be specified.
Q. ARE YOU CHARGING ANYTHING EXTRA FOR CHRISTMAS?
A. An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site
will be added on the following dates: 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1
January.
Q. WILL I BE SHARING WITH ANYONE ELSE?
A. No. We do not operate a shared taxi service.
Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN NOT LOCATE MY DRIVER?
A. Please call us at 020 36177825 or +44 203 6177825 and our team will
help you find your driver at the terminal.
Q. IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
A. No. It is at the passenger’s discretion and you can pay at the end
of the trip.
